2019 will be over in some hours and some of our fave celebs have given us memories to hold on to.

There were quite a lot of juicy incidents that occurred this year and some were quite heartbreaking.

However, these news broke the net and gained quite a lot of attention.

  • AKA and DJ Zinhle’s reunion

The duo are now one of SA fave lovers but it was ugly between them last year during their split. Early this year, the two dropped hints on their reunion and further confirmed they are back in a romantic relationship after serving us lovey dovey snaps of themselves.

  • Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha

Wow! What a year, the two shook the industry and South Africa as a whole, but most people learnt a key lesson at the end of the day, which is “Mind Your Business”. A video of Babes being slapped repeatedly by her bae, Mampintsha went viral and many voiced out for her. However, after months of trying to fight for her, she went back to her lover and it got settled in the court also.

  • Somizi and Bonang Matheba

It was beautiful watching Som and Queen B reunite together after a long split between them. The beef between the duo went down the drain as they both supported their achievements this year and were spotted together in snaps and videos. Happy seeing friends back together.

  • SOMHALE’s Traditional Wedding

We had more celebrity wedding this year but Somizi Mhlongo and Mohale Motaung’s traditional wedding became the talk of the town. Not only did it beat expectation, but it was basically star studded. The couple have however, kicked off plans of their White Wedding in 2020.

  • Miss Universe 2019, Zozibini Tunzi

South Africans got one of the best gifts this year with Zozibini Tunzi being crowned Miss Universe 2019 in USA. Her win was celebrated, so also the acceptance of her uniqueness.
