Nandi Madida teases a brand new single titled “Organic”.
A big shoutout to Mzansi singer, actress and media gal, Nandi Madida who is out to make a statement with her upcoming song “Organic”. If you’re a lady with curves who loves and appreciates her body, then this is for you.
The recent SAMA winner revealed that the new song is dedicated to Sara Baartman who was born in SA but was tortured for her curves. She stated that while her body is now being appropriated in mainstream media, she had suffered for it in the past.
She stated “our ancestors went through so much” highlighting that Sara was never celebrated. Nandi wants to use this song to encourage African women to love their bodies a little more.
